HAYB Speciality Coffee

HAYB (How Are You Brewing?) is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, by father and son Robert and Wiktor Borowski. Originally operating as Coffee Republic, the company rebranded to HAYB and has grown into one of Poland's leading specialty roasters. They source beans globally and offer a rotating single-origin filter range, a core filter line called Sie Przelewa, espresso single origins, espresso blends, and seasonal offerings. The roastery is based at ul. Lodygowa 38 in Warsaw.
