Not so holly that Sebastian! This is the story from our backyard. We were looking for coffees that have fruit added to the fermentation process. We searched and searched until we found an importer who had something that interested us. We called each other, we chatted, then we exchanged a few e-mails after which it turned out that the whole team that imports coffee from Colombia lives in Australia, planning to visit Warsaw in the near future, and asked if we would like to meet them. Well, sure we would! Carlos, Andreas, and Juliana brought with them about 20 samples of different coffees, including of course fake fermentation, which we were looking for. Despite the fact that coffees with added fruit were the craziest on the table, our attention was also drawn to the super clean and juicy, washed coffee from the San Sebastian farm.
