Install & connect
Add the coffeeDB app from the Shopify App Store and authorise read-only access to your product catalogue. No customer or order data is ever touched.

Confirm your profile
Set your roaster name, location, website, and links once inside the app. This becomes your public profile at coffeedb.pro — claimed and verified as yours.

Coffees sync automatically
Your coffee products flow into the catalogue as structured lots — images, prices, tasting notes and origin — without any manual copying.

Everything stays live
New releases, edits, price changes and sold-outs sync as they happen. Your profile shows a “live” badge with the time of the last update.

Your data, plainly
We built coffeeDB to showcase coffee — not to look at your business. The app syncs your products and nothing else. Here’s exactly what that means.
Can you see my sales, revenue or orders?
No. The app requests read access to your products only. We never request, receive, or store order, sales, revenue, payout, or analytics data — there is no permission for it in the install, so it is technically impossible for us to see it.
Do you collect my customers’ data?
Never. We do not read customer records, email addresses, carts, or checkout information. Nothing about the people who buy from you is touched.
What exactly gets synced, then?
Only your public product catalogue — the same coffee details already visible to anyone on your storefront: title, description, price, images, and tags. That becomes your listing on coffeedb.pro.
Is my payment or banking information involved?
No. The app has no access to payment methods, bank details, or Shopify Payments. Billing for the app (if any) is handled entirely by Shopify — we never see card or bank data.
What happens if I uninstall?
Your access token is deleted immediately and your coffees are archived from the public catalogue right away. You can also email us to remove your data entirely.
Can I control which products appear?
Yes. Only products you publish as coffee are listed, and you can confirm your roaster profile inside the app. Unpublish or delete a product in Shopify and it disappears here too.
