But it’s been here before and it will be here again. Muhondo is back. February is the month when you can honestly and unapologetically say, “This has happened before.” And that’s a good thing! That’s what specialty coffee is about – like Zbigniew Wodecki, “enjoying coming back to the same places”. Muhondo coffees have been with us for years – if I count correctly, already five. Year after year, we always have something from this washing station. Beautiful, clean, juicy coffee. Kudos to the Muhondo washing station, founded in 2013, for consistently keeping the bar high. Thank you!
