Soon it will be a tradition – this is not boring Brazil! We have coffee from this grower for the second time. We play volleyball with the importer from whom we import these grains. Do you know how hard it is to play volleyball with a two-meter Brazilian? Not too easy, that’s for sure! Fortunately, in coffee it is just as effective and plays with the same passion – only here we always win on both sides. In fact, everyone wins – you too! Together with the co-founder of UN-ROASTED – the importer thanks to whom we have this coffee – we learned how to professionally evaluate coffees by training as Q-graders. It can be said that we speak the same language when we talk about the quality of the raw material. These beans are an example of a sweet, thick (not) classic coffee from Brazil with a fruity twist! We could call it heretical coffee, but someone has already tagged it, so we’ll go avant-gar
