Do you have someone in your life who is exceptionally sweet to you? We have coffees in honey processing – the sweetest of all processing. This farm has been producing specialty quality coffee for 30 years. It is now managed by the fourth generation! To do something with such consistency in a country like El Salvador, you have to do it out of faith and love – that’s what I heard from one of the producers there at the Copenhagen World of Coffee. And indeed – there is a lot of love in these beans. The attention to detail and the end result – that someone cares – can be felt in every sip of the brew. At the cupping table, we immediately felt that we had to choose this coffee for Valentine’s Day.
