High standards The Gotiti Farm is located high up, at 2,150 meters above sea level in Wegida, Yirgacheffe. This is where Tigist, a family farm owner, cultivates his 2 hectares of land with the help of a dozen employees, employing up to 70 people during harvest time. Naturally processed coffee cherries are dried on 150 raised beds – all with care, passion, and, as a bonus, sunshine. This natural from Gotiti delighted us with its clean profile and aroma full of berries, tropical fruits, and citrus freshness. In other words: Ethiopia in a cup. We couldn’t resist – we simply had to have it!
