Aquiares is not just a farm – it’s a living definition of how to do things right. With courage, fully minded and with an eye not only on the crop, but on the people. Their coffee is not just a taste, it’s a manifesto: sustainability, equality, and innovation can go hand in hand. Starring: Mariana – an F1 hybrid, a close cousin of the famous Starmaya. It was created from a combination of IAPAR 59 and an Ethiopian variety with natural male infertility (yes, sounds like a genetic soap opera).
