Classic like brownies This is a classic coffee, but not ordinary, such a birthday delicacy. Who doesn’t know Mr. Barinas probably doesn’t drink espresso much. We welcomed this coffee last year at our roastery, just in the form of espresso, Brasil+ , and Mr. Barinas himself wished us birthday wishes last year (aren’t these beautiful repetitions?)! This year we managed to get such a delicacy – more for the birthday, because we chose a smaller lot, better scored one. We wanted it to taste like a dessert. We were looking for a coffee that would express everything that nutty/chocolate coffee should convey. Sweet, chocolaty, nutty, expressive, and very classic – AND HERE WE HAVE IT. By the way, this year Mr. Barinas also announced that he will contact us on Whatsapp during HAYB’s birthday, so we are waiting because we want to congratulate him on a good job there in Brazil!
