A Guarantee of Chill The return of currants, cherries, strawberries, and chilling in the sun – we can’t make that happen, but these beans certainly can. Currants and ripe fruits – the sun appears out of nowhere, warmth fills your heart, and chill is guaranteed! This coffee comes from a cooperative founded in 1953, which currently has around 3,507 members. Each farmer owns about a hectare of land for coffee cultivation, usually alongside vegetables for their family. The area boasts rich and fertile red volcanic soil, is situated at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,900 meters above sea level, and records 1,600 to 1,900 mm of annual rainfall. The coffee is hand-picked, hand-sorted, and undergoes a classic washed process. Respect.
