But what do you mean, a birthday without a bomb? THERE MUST BE FUMES! That’s why the wonderful Ethiopia Bombe has once again arrived in our roaster! Since the first cupping 4 years ago, I’ve regularly tried to order it for our offerings – this is not the first rodeo! Ethiopia Bombe is such a coffee, but on steroids. Here everything is cranked up to 11 on the potentialmeter. Tropical fruits? Only the juiciest ones, here papaya and pineapple. Flowers and tea? Mirabelle compote sipped with honey tea. Seriously, if you’re of those who happen to say “Ethiopia used to be there and now it’s gone.” – well, here’s a time machine for you. Get in.
