Founded in 2008, the roastery uses a slow drum-roasting process at around 180 degrees Celsius over approximately 15 minutes to develop individual aromas. The range covers single-origin filter coffees and espressos from around the world, with an emphasis on unmixed pure-origin varieties and fair-trade sourcing.
