ou.bai.tou.ri coffee roasters
About
Osaka-based specialty coffee roaster founded by Machi Kodama and Sho Takanaka. The name ou.bai.tou.ri (桜梅桃李) is a Japanese idiom meaning cherry blossom, plum, peach, apricot, reflecting the philosophy that each coffee has its own unique beauty. The roastery uses a Giesen roaster to develop light, fruit-forward profiles that highlight seasonal single-origin coffees. Kodama won first place in the 2023 1st Crack Coffee Challenge. Ships internationally.
