Monastery Coffee is a small-batch specialty roaster based in Windsor Gardens, Adelaide, South Australia, founded by Adam Marley, Milky, and Shahin. The roastery focuses exclusively on traceable coffees of the highest quality, sourced through transparent and ethical supply chains that ensure fair premiums for producers. Roasting on a 12-kilogram Diedrich with Cropster software, Monastery has been recognised as Australia's top-ranked roaster by the Australian Specialty Coffee Association.
