About this lot

Produced by Pedro Erazo on Finca La Cima del Cielo near El Cedral village in the Marcala region of Honduras. Pedro purchased this fourth plot of land in 2018 using funds earned through the Project Origin Best of Honduras auction. The manzana faces east and is bathed in sunlight all day until the early afternoon, then often covered by mountain mists through the early evenings. Grown at 1,700 masl with Icatu and Catuai varieties.
