Munich specialty coffee roaster (MVSM) founded in 2014 by Marco and Cornelia Mehrwald. 100% independent from day one, focused exclusively on specialty-grade Arabica (>80pts). Roasts on a Loring roaster in a balanced, sweet, nordic-influenced style. Coffee served in Michelin-starred restaurants and partner cafés across the UK, EU and UAE. Voted one of Germany's best roasters by Der Feinschmecker.
