About
Gardelli Specialty Coffees is an Italian specialty roastery founded in Forli in 2013 by Rubens Gardelli, World Coffee Roasting Champion (2017) and four-time Italian Roasting Champion (2014-2017). The roastery focuses on single-origin microlots and rare competition-grade lots sourced directly from producers, roasted to a single omni profile with no separate filter/espresso roasts. Gardelli operates a flagship cafe, Caffeteca, in Forli, and runs the Mzungu Project supporting sustainable sourcing in origin countries.
