Anaerobic natural Kartika variety from Tuang Coffee, Manggarai, Flores Island, Indonesia. Dark room fermentation: cherries in sealed bags in a dark room until pH ~4.5, then dried on raised beds 6-8 weeks. Tuang works with 2,500+ farmers.
