Jamison Savage

Active origin: Panama
Jamison Savage left a career in finance in the United States to establish Finca Deborah in 2008 in the Volcán district of Chiriquí, Panama, where he and his family farm exclusively the Geisha variety at around 1,900 masl beneath a rainforest canopy. The farm is organically cultivated, entirely solar-powered, and covers steep terrain that contributes to the variety's intense aromatics and acidity. Since 2016 Finca Deborah coffees have appeared regularly on the World Barista Championship stage, with top competitors repeatedly selecting his lots, cementing Savage's reputation as one of the world's leading premium coffee producers.
