About
Onyx Coffee Lab is a specialty roaster founded in 2012 by Andrea Allen and Jon Allen in Springdale, Arkansas. Now headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas, they operate eight cafes across Northwest Arkansas including The Preserve restaurant concept. Multiple US Barista and Brewers Cup champions on staff. Certified B Corporation. Known for radical transparency in sourcing, innovative co-fermentation and experimental lots, and weekly single-origin releases roasted on rebuilt Diedrich IR-12 and IR-40 roasters.
