Stockholm Coffee Roasters is a Scandinavian-style specialty coffee roastery founded by David Vahabi and based in the Winterhude neighbourhood of Hamburg, Germany. The roastery selects Arabica beans from renowned coffee-growing regions and roasts them in the Nordic style, emphasising sweetness, acidity, and the inherent character of the origin. The product range includes espresso blends, single-origin filter coffees from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica, as well as cascara and brewing equipment. Stockholm Coffee Roasters operates a retail shop at its Hamburg roastery and ships across Europe.
