Region: Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Altitude: 1,700–1,900 m. Farm/Producer: Finca El Diviso (Néstor Lasso) & Finca Las Flores (Johan Vergara). Varietals: Typica, Bourbon, Timor Hybrid. Process: Dual fermentation — aerobic followed by anaerobic — with hot and cold water quenching. A double-fermented microlot from Lohas Beans, delivering intense tropical fruit, juicy citrus acidity, and a creamy body.
