About

MOK is a Belgian specialty micro-roastery founded in 2012 in Leuven by Jens Crabbe, a two-time Belgian Cup Tasters Champion. The roastery operates a Probat UG22 with Cropster profiling and focuses on single-origin filter and espresso coffees sourced from Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. MOK runs three cafes in Belgium: a flagship and studio location in Brussels and one in Leuven.
