About
Toulouse micro-roastery founded 2015 by Valentin Tihy (trained La Caféothèque Paris + Esperanza Café Barcelona) and his wife Stéphanie Mirouse-Tihy. In-house roasting workshop added 2017. Located on the Garonne river at 20 Rue Maury / 4 quai de la Daurade. All coffees pure origin with traceability to farm or cooperative.
