Bio-certified specialty coffee roastery and café in Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Roasts in small batches using a light, slow approach to achieve a balance of sweetness and acidity. Sources fair-traded, organic-certified green coffee. Also operates Café Hilda and the Mamajun restaurant, and offers barista courses and event space at the roastery address on Brunswiker Str. 61.
