About

Specialty coffee roastery founded by Christian Vollmer in the Lippe region of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Vollmer discovered specialty coffee while in the USA in 2013 and was drawn to its fruity and complex characteristics. He roasts on a 5kg electric machine, sourcing high-quality lots with direct relationships to producers. The offering includes single-origin coffees from origins such as Peru and Rwanda.
