ASORCAFÉ (Asociación de Productores de Café del Oriente Caucano) is a Colombian smallholder cooperative founded in 2003 in Pedregal, Inzá, Cauca, initially by 10 growers seeking fair prices and now with approximately 290 active members across five townships at 1,600–2,100 masl on the Macizo Colombiano plateau. Members grow primarily Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties, each processing cherry at their own micro-beneficio before delivering parchment to the association. The cooperative works with Siruma Coffee as exporter to access international specialty markets.
