Whole beans from Black Moon Farm. It is a chiroso variety anaerobic natural. A few hours after roasting, Joachim wrote down the following notes : When hot, it is red fruits, blackcurrant and floral. When warm, it is tropical fruits like mango, jackfruit and passionfruit with floralness. When cold, the cup stays floral with blackcurrant and raspberry.
