Whole beans from the farm Iris Estate in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a natural processed geisha called Afterglow. A few hours after roasting, we noticed the folllowing notes : When hot, it is a clean cup with mango, passionfruit and bergamot. When warm, you still get the exotic fruits but with berries like strawberry, blueberry. There is also orange and blood orange. When cold stays fermented mango.
