From the Las Adelitas community in Hidalgo, Mexico. Caturra and Marsellesa, natural process: wine-fermented cherries dried on African-style raised beds for 30 days, stabilised 25 days. Named for producers Montze and Juan and the Las Adelitas cooperative.
