Natural-processed lot from Incahuasi cooperative, founded 2005 near the Choqesafra glacier in Cusco. Around 500 members across 13 committees farming at up to 2,400 masl. Varieties Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon. Fermented in Grain Pro bags with controlled extended drying; naturals program revived with support from Nordic Approach.
