Microlot filter from Farm Altos las Delicias, El Paraiso region, Honduras. Grown by Alexis Sanchez at 1550 masl using Parainema variety. Processed anaerobic washed over approximately 90 hours total fermentation. Light and fruit-forward with creamy mouthfeel.
