About

Heilandt Kaffeemanufaktur is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe group founded in 2010 in Cologne, Germany, by three co-founders who started in the Belgisches Viertel (Belgian Quarter) with a small sample roaster. Since 2021 all their coffees are sourced under a direct-trade model, paying producers at least 80% above Fair Trade prices for Arabica. They roast in small batches on a 30 kg drum roaster at low temperatures (max 210 C) using individual roast profiles per origin. The roastery is located at Girlitzweg 30 in Cologne, with five cafe locations across the city.
