About this lot
Whole beans from the Finca Deborah from Boquete in Panama. It is a washed processed geisha called Terroir. A few hours after roasting, Joachim wrote the following notes about this coffee : When hot, it is floral like jasmine. When warm, it is still floral and elegant but gets another citrus aspect like lemon and bergamote. When cold, it remains very jasmine and wide. The aftertaste is very long and pleasant.
