Decaffeinated espresso from Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Red Bourbon variety, natural process with carbonic natural decaffeination. Grown at 1100-1450 masl on the Sertao family farm. The house decaf served in Hoppenworth & Ploch cafes in Frankfurt.
