Mi Finquita Panama, founded in 2005, specializes in premium Panamanian coffee cultivated in a unique terroir shaped by volcanic ash, thermal waters, and coastal breezes. Cherries are hand-selected, pulped, and fermented in tanks for 1-2 days. After washing through channels, they dry on African beds for up to 15 days, then complete their transformation over 11-15 days in dark rooms, enhancing complexity and depth in every cup.
