Munich specialty coffee lab opened in 2024 in the Residenzpassage courtyard off Theatinerstraße. Japanese-inspired minimalist aesthetic ("Kanso" = simplicity/elimination of clutter). Rotating pour-over bar with 10+ origins (often 85-90 SCA scores), precise espresso, and a focus on transparency and respect for origin.
