El Pato from Cajamarca, Peru — 25 Smallholders. Washed process, then decaffeinated (EA). Rich texture with dark chocolate notes that brighten into creamy caramel once decaffeinated. Tabaconas, San Ignacio province, is near the Ecuador border with elevation from 1,100 to over 2,400 masl.
