Bourbon Aruzi from Finca La Chorrera (Victor Alfonso Bonilla) in La Argentina, Huila, at 1,890 masl. Third-generation producer; 3.5 ha farm with 5,500 Bourbon Aruzi trees. Cherries pulped same day, fermented 36–40h in sealed barrels, Eco-Mill washed, dried in marquesinas 15–18 days. Floral with citrus blossom, big sweetness, and delicate spice.
