About this lot
This coffee comes from the Shentawane washing station in the Bensa district of Sidamo, Ethiopia. Produced by smallholder farmers who deliver freshly harvested cherries for centralised sorting, processing, and drying on raised beds. The coffee consists of native heirloom varieties, typically grown without fertilisers or pesticides. Thanks to Sidamo's high elevation, fertile soil, cool climate, and abundant rainfall, the region is renowned for producing exceptional, high-grade coffees.
