Udhini

Udhini is a Yemeni heirloom landrace variety grown on the high-altitude terraces of Yemen, part of the ancient and genetically diverse Yemeni coffee population. It typically produces small, pungent beans with a rich, winey, and intensely aromatic cup profile distinctive of Yemeni coffees.
