About

Zest Specialty Coffee Roasters is a family-owned specialty roastery founded in 2009 in Melbourne, Australia by Anton. The roastery operates from Richmond, Victoria, with an additional roastery in Marrickville, Sydney. Zest is known for a flavour-focused philosophy, direct relationships at origin, and extensive barista training programmes. In 2025 they were voted Australia's Favourite Coffee Roaster at the Melbourne International Coffee Exhibition.
