About

Wildkaffee Rosterei is a specialty coffee roastery founded in 2010 in Farchant, near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, Germany by Leonhard (Hardi) and Stefanie Wild, both former professional athletes. They roast coffee and espresso fresh daily in small batches, sourcing green coffee directly from farms they visit annually to verify working conditions and sustainability practices. The roastery traces its family roots in coffee back to 1892.
