About

Ultra Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe in Surabaya, Indonesia, founded by Taufan Mokoginta, the 2023 World Coffee Roasting Champion. The roastery focuses on Indonesian single-origin and private lots alongside world coffees, roasting with a data-driven approach. Taufan began roasting in 2019 and has competed in the World Coffee Roasting Championship twice, winning in 2023 in Taipei.
