About

Specialty coffee roastery founded in 2013 in Aprilia (Latina), Lazio, Italy by master roaster Emanuele Tomassi. Born from Emanuele's experience in Denmark where he encountered a world-class barista running a micro-roastery, Tomassi has grown into a benchmark for Italian specialty. The roastery has twice won the Italian Coffee Roasting Championship (2018 and 2024) and placed 6th at the World Roasting Championship 2024. Son Andre Tomassi, born 2004, is Emanuele's right-hand and a national-finals competitor in brewing and barista championships. Roasts only on Tuesdays to guarantee freshness.
