Boutique specialty coffee roaster based in Mermaid Beach, Queensland, Australia. Talo sources ethically produced single-origin coffees with a focus on transparency and community connection between the coffee world and producers. They are involved in The San Luis Project, a community-led initiative to increase biodiversity in the San Luis region of southern Colombia and promote sustainable farming methods for high-quality coffee production.
