About
Specialty coffee roastery and cafe founded in Bristol, England in 2019 by Aga and Jimmy Dimitrov. Jimmy previously managed an SCA Coffee Education Campus and handled quality control and sourcing; Aga served as Head of Coffee for a large South West coffee chain. The name Sweven is an archaic English word for a dream or vision. The roastery focuses on a boutique selection of rare and traceable single-origin coffees from quality-focused producers worldwide, roasted in a Nordic style. A cafe operates at 12 North Street, Bedminster, Bristol.
