About

Specialty coffee roastery and cafe founded in 2013 by Andy Sprenger in Lakewood, Colorado. Sprenger is a two-time US Brewers Cup Champion and former Runner-up at the World Brewers Cup Championship. The roastery focuses on seasonal single-origin coffees sourced through a direct trade model that inverts the typical origin-trip approach by hosting farm representatives at the Lakewood facility for producer events. Three retail cafe locations operate in Lakewood (roastery), Westminster, and Arvada, Colorado.
