About

Specialty coffee roaster and cafe founded in St. Louis, Missouri in 2011. Originally opened as a multi-roaster cafe before transitioning to in-house roasting for greater consistency. Roasts exclusively light to highlight origin character and sources single-origin coffees that rotate by harvest season. Operates cafes in St. Louis (South Jefferson, with roastery on site), Nashville (two locations), and Brooklyn. Coffees are sold online in 12 oz bags with a focus on traceable, farm-level lots primarily from Colombia, Africa, and Central America.
