Skill Issue Coffee is a Singapore-based specialty micro-roastery focused on light roasting with the ethos "Less Roast, More Origin." The roastery sources coffees designed to be bright, juicy, and complex for both filter and modern espresso, emphasising the fruit-forward and floral qualities that reflect the farmers' work rather than relying on caramelised roast sugars. Extensive sample and test roasting is used to find profiles that best express each lot.
